Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting Anna's Design and Print! Below are the terms and conditions that apply to all purchases made through our shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell custom hand-designed signs in various sizes and formats, including:

  • Single-sided and double-sided designs

  • 4x6 and 8x10 sizes

  • Bulk or individual pricing depending on the product

Each sign is individually crafted and may vary slightly in color, spacing, or layout—this adds to the uniqueness of every piece.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  • Bulk pricing discounts are automatically applied based on quantity.

  • Prices for double-sided signs are higher than single-sided signs due to additional design and materials.

  • Custom quotes are available for bulk orders of over 200 pieces or sizes not listed.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Most orders ship within [3–7 business days] unless otherwise noted. Please visit the FAQ page for more details.

  • Rush orders may be available upon request for an added fee.

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos and we’ll make it right.

6. Design Ownership

  • All designs are created by Anna Ballew.

  • By purchasing, you agree not to reproduce, resell, or copy the artwork.

  • We retain the right to photograph and share our work for promotional purposes.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please double-check spelling, dates, or custom wording at the time of order.

  • We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
